Responsibilities of a Woiya Monetis Agent
Customer Registration:
Register new clients on the Woiya Monetis platform, ensuring all necessary personal and financial information is captured accurately.
Depositing Funds:
Facilitate the deposit of funds into registered clients' Woiya Monetis accounts, following all platform procedures.
Processing Withdrawals:
Process cash withdrawals for registered and non-registered clients as per Woiya Monetis policies.
Client Education:
Provide clients with clear, understandable information about financial products and services available on the platform.
Educate clients about the benefits of using Woiya Monetis for their financial needs, particularly for immigrant and foreign worker communities.
Compliance with Regulatory Policies:
Adhere to all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations set by Woiya Monetis and local authorities.
Adherence to Business Practices:
Ensure compliance with all Woiya Monetis operational policies and guidelines.
Promote ethical business practices and maintain transparency in all transactions.
Branding and Outlet Presentation:
Ensure the Woiya Monetis agent outlet is clearly branded and follows the company’s branding guidelines.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements to Become a Woiya Monetis Agent
Company Registration:
The prospective agent must be a registered business (LIMITED company or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 operational outlets.
Operational History:
The company must have been in business for at least 6 months and have a proven track record of consistent operations.
Outlets Approval:
Proposed outlets will be audited and evaluated prior to approval to ensure they meet Woiya Monetis’ operational standards.
Opportunity Area:
Only applications for outlets in opportunity areas where Woiya Monetis seeks expansion will be considered.
Documentation Requirements:
A complete set of required documents must be submitted with the application, including business registration, financial statements, and proof of outlet readiness.

Woiya Monetis will review your application and conduct outlet audits if necessary. You’ll receive an approval notification once your application is successful.
After approval, download the Woiya Monetis Agent App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Install the app and log in with your credentials.
Complete your profile in the app, set up payment methods, and access training resources. Start processing transactions and providing services at your outlet.
